What does break-even mean here?

Break-even is the minimum item price where revenue covers estimated eBay fees and your entered costs. Set a dollar target above zero to price for a desired profit per order. Charged shipping stays fixed while the item price changes.

The calculation recomputes buyer tax and fees at each price. It also considers the change in the per-order fee above a $10 buyer total. It returns a price in cents; rounding can leave a few cents above the target.
