File reading, validation and calculations happen locally in this page. CSV contents, labels, file names, amounts and results are not sent to our server or analytics. Nothing is saved automatically. Optional analytics records only fixed feature-use labels if you allow it.
Which orders can I batch?
US / USD eBay, Etsy, Amazon FBM and published Shopify Payments domestic standard-card orders. eBay supports identical-item quantities; the other platforms use one item per row. Each row is one independent order. Mixed baskets, automatic FBA, custom Shopify contracts, international rates and refunds are outside this template.
How are invalid rows and duplicate IDs treated?
Invalid rows remain visible with their original record number and an error; totals and result downloads include only valid rows. Duplicate IDs are kept as separate orders and marked for review. The tool does not deduplicate your orders automatically.
What happens when a cost or tax cell is blank?
Price and product cost are required. Most optional dollar costs and tax inputs default to zero; listing allocation defaults to $0 for eBay and $0.20 for Etsy. Default plans are eBay standard, Amazon Individual and Shopify Basic monthly. Shopify requires monthly_orders; Amazon Professional requires monthly_units. Every default is listed in the column reference.
Is this a platform sales-report importer?
Use our CSV schema or map your export into it first. Unknown, repeated or unsupported nonblank columns are rejected so costs are not silently ignored. The tool does not log in to platforms, identify account-specific rates or reconcile payouts.
